19 workflows deployed, 8 Complex Systems, 90% Faster Connector Development
J&J Global Fulfilment is a fast-growing third-party logistics provider supporting E-commerce brands with end-to-end fulfilment across multiple regions. As their client base grew, so did the infrastructure holding it together, and that infrastructure was starting to cost more than it delivered.

Systems Integrated
As a rapidly growing third-party logistics provider, J&J Global Fulfilment helps ecommerce brands manage fulfilment operations across multiple systems.
Every new client meant integrating new platforms: order management systems, Ecommerce platforms, accounting tools and warehouse software. But building those integrations manually was becoming a bottleneck.
Connector development could take weeks. Engineering resources were stretched. Customer onboarding slowed.
For a 3PL, integration delays don’t just slow projects, they delay go-lives, postpone volume, and push revenue timelines. J&J needed onboarding speed to match operational speed.
Every fulfilment client operates with a different technology stack. Some used ecommerce platforms like Shopify.
Others relied on custom order management systems or accounting tools. To support each customer, J&J needed to connect these systems into their fulfilment infrastructure.
Historically, these integrations required:
- Custom connector development
- Manual data mapping
- Ongoing engineering maintenance
Each integration project could take up to four weeks to deliver. As the number of clients grew, so did the integration backlog. Engineering teams were spending more time maintaining connectors than delivering new functionality. J&J needed a way to reduce integration delivery time without compromising reliability.

To remove integration as a bottleneck, J&J implemented Versori. Versori provided an AI-powered integration platform capable of automatically generating connectors and orchestrating workflows between systems.
Instead of building integrations manually, J&J could now:
This dramatically reduced the time required to deploy new integrations and eliminated the need for ongoing manual maintenance. Integrations that previously took weeks could now be delivered in days.
Many of J&J Global Fulfilment’s clients rely on Acumatica to manage orders and inventory. When an order is confirmed, it needs to move immediately into J&J’s fulfilment environment so warehouse teams can begin processing without delay. Versori captures the order event from Acumatica and automatically transforms the data into the format required by J&J’s fulfilment systems.
Product details, quantities, shipping information and customer data are validated and synchronised in real time. As fulfilment progresses, shipment updates, dispatch confirmations and tracking numbers are written back into Acumatica automatically.
This creates a closed loop between Acumatica and J&J’s warehouse operations, ensuring both teams always have an accurate, real-time view of order status without manual reconciliation.

Most importantly, integrations were no longer a bottleneck to growth. J&J could onboard new customers faster, deploy new workflows quickly, and scale fulfilment operations without increasing engineering resources.

With Versori in place, J&J Global Fulfilment now has a scalable integration foundation to support continued growth.
New client systems can be connected quickly. Workflows can be deployed in days rather than weeks.
Instead of spending time maintaining integrations, the engineering team can focus on improving fulfilment capabilities and supporting customer expansion. For a logistics provider built on operational speed, that shift has become a powerful competitive advantage.
